Soapy water can be used to aid in installation.ġ4. Torque to 44 in-lbs (5 Nm).ġ3. Insert the rubber bumpers into the holes of the front feet and latch housing. With a T25 TORX® and 8mm socket, attach the provided nuts to the screws on the inside of the bag. Using T25 TORX® and 8mm sockets, torque the fasteners to 44 in-lbs (5 Nm).ħ. Align the latch housing to its mounting location on the bottom of the bag.Ĩ. Ensuring the corners are properly aligned, place the latch housing cover onto the latch housing.ĩ. Insert the screws through the latch housing cover and into the bag.ġ0. With 10mm and 8mm sockets, install the provided nuts on the inside and counter-hold while torqueing the latch screws to 70 in-lbs (8 Nm).ġ1. Insert the provided screws into the latch housing.ġ2. Always wear safety glasses and nitrile gloves when servicing your Polaris snowmobile.ġ. Park the snowmobile on a flat, level surface and remove the key.Ģ. Unzip the bag and remove the internal dividers.ģ. Then unzip the inside fabric panel of the bag to access the mounting holes underneath.Ĥ. Align the provided front feet to the grooves on the bottom of the bag.ĥ. Insert the screws through the inside of the bag into the front feet, and use a T25 TORX® socket to tighten until fully seated.Ħ.
